The Whitley, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Atlanta Buckhead

The staff was professional yet personable. Good Customer Relations is almost a thing of the past in this current climate. This staff was Amazing! I even remember a couple names which is rare for me. Marquis, Collette, Gabrielle were very attentive to my needs. The room and view was just what I needed to decompress and reset my intentions for the coming week. The complimentary Breakfast was an added bonus. This was a short Liesure stay that I booked to Celebrate my 50th Bday!!! I will definitely recommend/return for future stays. The room was spacious although our first room had better amenities like a better hair dryer and an additional mirror for up close viewing to do makeup. We had to switch rooms because the lock on our bathroom door jammed and one of the guests was trapped inside for 30 minutes until the engineering team got her out. We received a $100 worth of meal vouchers and half off one night of our room but a full night should have been given for the inconvenience of having to move again.

My fiance and myself traveled from Florida for our Christmas stay at the Whitley. The staff employees of any position of employment were exceptionally professional, kind and courteous. Added touches that were incredible were the champagne and cookie greeting, but to have a Christmas stocking hanging on our door with little goodies inside was one of the most heartwarming gestures both of us were so pleased with. It was my daughter’s birthday, everyone on staff was so nice to her and acknowledged her birthday which made her feel super special. Her birthday dinner from the restaurant was absolutely AMAZING. The bed in room was comfortable and the view was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
